Holiday Card Printing Class

Students will create their own holiday cards in an artists’ studio and operating letterpress shop. The project will start with students sketching their own designs before transferring their designs to linoleum blocks and carving the designs into relief images by hand. The blocks will be printed by the students with turn-of-the-(last-last)-century letterpresses to make editions of cards suitable for holiday mailings. All operations will be guided by Shop Master, Jon Hinkel.

This four session class runs every Tuesday from Oct. 17 to Nov. 14. Register here as spots are extremally limited.
