Community Art Fundraiser for Valley Youth Center / High Key Mondays with New Salty Dog

The Duluth-based northwoods funk jam band New Salty Dog performs most Mondays at Bent Paddle Brewing. This week is a special celebration of the imaginations of community members who have joined in to create paintings for an auction benefiting Duluth’s Valley Youth Center, a community resource in West Duluth that serves children and fosters creativity, life skills and healing.
Hoot n Holler Crafts is presenting the fundraiser. Paintings created by Kathryne Ford and Ayana Greene in collaboration with the children and community members in the crowds of the New Salty Dog Monday night concerts will be on display and for sale.
In addition to the silent auction, Hoot n Holler Crafts will facilitate a collaborative community painting activity. There will also be venders and the Mama Roots food truck will be on site.
New Salty Dog performs from 6 to 9 p.m.
