Kindred Stone & Co., 1122 Belknap St., Superior. This 60-minute Vinyasa-style yoga class with instructor Mary Kotter incorporates asana poses, pranayama and meditation that is focused on the heart chakra. After class, all participants will receive a warm beverage and 20% off storewide at Kindred Stone & Co.
Ten percent of profits from this class will be donated to Safe Haven Shelter & Resource Center.
