Growing Shiitake Mushrooms

The Duluth Public Library welcomes Shawn Bernhardt, a local educator and mushroom-grower, to present a workshop on growing shiitake mushrooms at home. Bernhardt will demonstrate how to start a mushroom log, outline the supplies needed and speak on growing conditions and best harvesting practices. Participants will not receive a mushroom log from this event.
