Gardening enthusiasts with the University of Minnesota and St. Louis County Extension present the spring gardening workshop “Growing Green in a Changing Climate.”
Speakers from the University of Minnesota, St. Louis County and a local greenhouse will share research-based information on how gardeners can apply knowledge to grow resilient and successful gardens. The program will also feature new content on growing tomatoes, and recent research on growing colored roasting peppers.
Advance registration is required to ensure adequate space and materials. Registration can be done online, by calling 218-749-7120, or by mailing a $25 check payable to St. Louis County to: SLC Extension, Virginia GSC, 201 S. Third Ave. W., Virginia MN 55792.
