Good Friday Tenebrae Service

The Cathedral of Our Lady of the Rosary is presenting the profound beauty of the Tenebrae Service. Tenebrae, Latin for darkness or shadows, sets the contemplative tone for this sacred evening. Named after “Tenebrae factae sunt,” the service reflects on the darkness during Jesus’ crucifixion, weaving spiritual reflection through poignant music. The cathedral choir, organist, soloists and the schola ensemble will lead a moving experience of song, scripture and prayer.
