The Garland City Consort — Ashland’s Baroque Chamber Orchestra — makes its debut in Duluth at the Minnesota Ballet’s Studio 4 in The Depot. The concert will include selections from Handel, J.S. Bach, Vivaldi and more. Internationally-performing soprano Tiffany Darling will sing two selections, and Andrew McInnes will perform on a rare tenor viola.
