Holy Assumption Church hosts its 40th annual Garbage Omelet Breakfast, with each omelet featuring three eggs and a choice of toppings like ham, bacon, sausage, onions, cheese, green peppers, mushrooms, tomatoes and olives. Dine in or take out. Includes toast, hash browns and beverage (orange juice, milk or coffee).
The cost is $12 for adults and $6 for ages 12 and under. The event is sponsored by Knights of Columbus Council 7106. Proceeds support church activities.
