Functional Pottery

Focus on various decorating techniques and learning the DAI studio glazes while also experimenting with making items. This eight-session class allows six weeks to do tests and make wetwork. Every class will end with a gas Cone-10 firing and an electric Cone-7 firing.

Students are encouraged to work outside of the arranged class time. The studio is open seven days a week, depending on clay studio monitor availability. All students will be given a monitor schedule. Previous clay experience is requested, as this is not a beginning throwing class.
