Close out the day with a little bit of magic! Join us on Lake Superior to watch the sun set, and the moon rise from a sea kayak. Headlamps are required. Register by 4 p.m. the day before the outing.
All sea kayaking and safety equipment, cold water immersion wear, instruction will be provided.
Participants need to bring headlamp with bright white light, swim suit, towel, full water bottle, close-toed shoes or neoprene booties that will get wet, sunglasses with strap, sun hat and sun screen, snack and change of dry clothes for after the course.
Meeting place to be announced. Possible locations are UMD Boat Shed OR UMD Surf Shack. Watch for an email from instructors.
