Full Moon Release Pop-Up Workshop

Join Evolve Duluth Yoga this Full Moon to release what is no longer serving you. This workshop will open with a grounded meditation followed by intention-setting journaling practice. After our physical practice, there will be an opportunity to journal and reflect, followed by an optional sauna. Bring a yoga mat, a journal and a towel and swimsuit if you want to sauna afterwards.
