Students can explore various artistic traditions, techniques and artistic innovations from around the globe during Friday Afternoon Art with Alison Aune. Aune, and University of Minnesota Duluth art and education student helpers, lead the art lessons and guide participants in developing their own artistic creativity by creating artworks.
Classes are held on Fridays from 3:15 to 4:30 p.m. The cost to attend is $25 per class. There is also a $30 child/adult combo ticket. All ages are welcome, but the experience is best for ages 4 and up. Tickets include instruction and materials. There is a new project each week. Register zeffy.com.
