Forest Bathing and Food

Duluth Folk School presents this three-hour Forest Bathing and Food experience, offering the opportunity to connect with “the more-than-human world that surrounds us.” The event organizers encourage attendees to exist with “the nourishment provided by the beings around us,” as well as “intaking food and having the food turn into our cells and tissues.” And to “give back to the vegetation around us by breathing out CO2 and moisture.”
