Ariel Bonkoski is the co-founder of the Lake Superior Mycological Society and owner of Ariel’s Mushroom Co. She will be walking the class through how to identify some common mushrooms on the Trail — both edible and toxic — how to harvest sustainably, following rules related to foraging on public land and so much more!
