The 15th annual Northern Lights Foundation Charity Softball Game, also known as the “Battle of Badges,” is played between the Duluth Fire Department and Duluth Police Department to raise money for local families with children facing life-threatening illnesses. Military members, first responders and children of all ages can attend for free. Attendees can enjoy police and fire displays, food, raffles and more. Doors open at 5 p.m.; the game starts at 6.
