The Emerson Tenants Cooperative is holding its annual rummage and craft sale in the basement of the historic school with plenty of new and used items including art, antiques, bikes, kitchen gadgets, toys and vintage records. The sale runs April 18-21. Enter the building on the 11th Avenue side.
