Spirit Mountain Recreation Area is offering Duluthians $5 tickets, rentals and tubing on Feb. 24 and Feb. 27 for Spirit Loves Duluth Days. The deeply discounted rates provide Duluth residents a low-cost way to experience what Spirit Mountain has to offer and demonstrate Spirit’s appreciation for the city’s support in re-opening last fall.
