The 13th annual Duluth Superior Film Festival runs Oct. 5-8.
Friday’s feature is 40 Below: The Toughest Race in the World, directed by Marius Anderson and produced by Melody Gilbert. It screens at the NorShor Theatre at 7 p.m. The documentary follows endurance athletes attempting the Arrowhead 135, a 135-mile running race held in temperatures as low as 40 degrees below zero.
The Duluth Superior Film Festival is part of the North Star Story Summit, which also includes the Minnesota WebFest and Catalyst Content Festival.
