Duluth-stämman Dance Workshop: Slängpolska

In this workshop, attendees learn the basic structure of slängpolska. The instructors share “if you can walk, you can do this dance.” During the session, Elise Peters teaches elements of the three components of the dance.

This workshop is part of the the second annual Duluth-stämman: Nordic Music and Dance Festival, which offers dances, workshops, jam circles, performances and youth activities that aim to be inclusive to people of all ages, backgrounds and abilities.
