The Duluth Public Utilities Commission meets on the third Tuesday of each month, typically in the City Council Chambers at Duluth City Hall.

The purpose of the commission is to manage and guide future development of city utilities and rates.

Following the regular meeting, the commission is holding this public meeting regarding proposed water rate increases. The presentation that will be given pertaining to the water rate increase will be posted on the commission’s webpage for public viewing prior to the meetings.

The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the current state of the water utility, to explain the proposed changes to the water rates, and to receive comments from the public regarding the proposed changes. Please note that all public comment is considered public data.
