The annual meeting of Duluth’s Planning Commission begins with a dinner at 5:30 p.m. The call to order and roll call is at 6 p.m.

The commission advises the City Council on all planning and development matters including re-zonings, issuance of special use permits and community development policies. The commission has final authority in approval of plats, serves as the responsible governmental unit and conducts environmental reviews pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 116D and the applicable state regulations.
