The fifth-annual Duluth Oktoberfestival features cold German bier, Bavarian food, live music and a variety of games and activities. The event runs Sept. 13-15. Schedule: Friday 4 to 11 p.m. – (alcohol sales end at 10:30 p.m.) Saturday 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. – (alcohol sales end at 10:30 p.m.) Sunday 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. – (alcohol sales end at 3:30 p.m.) Sunday is the dedicated “Family Day.”
