The Forging Community Dylangate Event is part of the 2023 Duluth Dylan Festival. It features tours of the historic Duluth Armory and other Bob Dylan sites in Duluth. Tours start at 10 and 10:45 a.m. at the Armory Arts & Music Center Annex.
