More than two-dozen Twin Ports musicians will pay tribute to country music legend Willie Nelson during the Duluth Does Willie Nelson event.
The one-night-only concert is part of an ongoing “Duluth Does” tribute concert series staged at Sacred Heart Music Center twice a year.
Each artist will select one song from the Nelson catalog of recordings to perform for the tribute concert. The setlist includes: “Crazy,” “Angel Flying Too Close to the Ground,” “Blue Skies,” “On the Road Again” and more.
All proceeds from this “Duluth Does” concert go to support Sacred Heart Music Center programming and maintenance of its historic 19th Century former church building.
Advance $10 tickets are available at eventbrite.com, Globe News in Superior and Zenith Bookstore in West Duluth. Tickets will be available at the door for $15 while they last.
