The Duluth Superior Symphony Orchestra begins its 2022-23 season with Adolphus Hailstork’s American Port of Call, describing the hustle and bustle of a large port. Erin Aldridge then visits to the golden age of cinema with Korngold’s Violin Concerto, featuring melodies from some of his famous movie scores. Finally, Brahms’ glorious Symphony No.1 concludes this evening of joyful and energizing music.
