Representatives from St. Louis County and the Human Development Center will speak about the new Urgent Care Behavioral Health Center during this Downtown Duluth Public Safety Meeting. The center is designed to respond to the growing need to serve those who need mental health, behavioral health and substance-use services.
Also, city of Duluth representatives will share more about proposed ordinance changes related to non-violent offenses such as property damage, graffiti and camping on public property.
