Roe v. Wade, guaranteeing Americans the fundamental right to Choice, was decided on January 22, 1973. 49 years later, in June of 2022, Roe was overturned, stripping millions of their access to reproductive freedom.
January 22, 2023 would have been the 50th anniversary of Roe v. Wade. The event provides a space for pro-choice community to support access to abortion in Duluth for years to come.
