Dan Israel is a longtime fixture on the Minneapolis music scene and performs all over Minnesota both solo and with his band.
He has been called “the hardest working singer-songwriter in Minnesota” and will perform both new material and old favorites with his band in this one-night-only concert.
Israel won Song of the Year (for “Come to Me”) in the 2005 Minnesota Music Awards and Songwriter of the Year in the 2006 MMA’s. He received a 4-star review from the UK’s “Uncut” magazine for his 2007 album “Turning.”
He has released 17 critically acclaimed albums, including his latest, 2022’s “Seriously,” which many critics and fans have praised as his finest record yet.
Adam Herman of the Duluth-based Slamming Doors will open.
E-Tickets will be available for $20 at 10am Tuesday, Feb. 28 on Eventbrite.com. Paper tickets will be available at Globe News in Superior and Zenith Bookstore in West Duluth. Tickets will be available at the door for $25 while supply lasts. Doors at 6:30pm. Music at 7:30.
