Construct Tomorrow 2023 Duluth Construction Career Night

Duluth Construction Career Night is an opportunity for anyone interested in building and construction trade careers to meet with representatives of local union apprenticeship programs, interact with contractors who are hiring, and try out some of the tools and skills that are part of the Union Apprenticeship jobs in construction. Parking will be free for those attending the event.

The larger Construct Tomorrow event is for area high school students and takes place April 26-72 in Edmund Fitzgerald Hall and the DECC Arena.

Students will explore hands-on opportunities to interface with construction organizations and experience the work performed in different building and construction trade careers at these events.They will wire circuits, trowel cement, set tile and much more as they move through a series of stations staffed by representatives of local union apprenticeship programs in the construction field. Students will also learn about earn-as-you-learn apprenticeships.
