The Duluth Playhouse Underground presents Nick Payne’s Constellations, a play that raises questions about the difference between choice and destiny. This story of fate and chance is a cosmic collision of romance and relativity. Actors Alyson Enderle and Jess Hughes will alternate as Marianne, while Phillip Hoelscher and Hunter Ramsden will take turns playing Roland. This dual casting not only presents a challenge for the performers but also amplifies the play’s overarching themes.
