Stroll through the historic Congdon neighborhood of Duluth and learn about the rich history and architecture of the area. The tour begins on the grounds of the Salyards Mansion at 2617 E. Third St. From there, the tour weaves through the neighborhood, exploring homes. Hear stories about the people who once lived in those homes and were instrumental in building Duluth. Get an inside look into three of the homes and enjoy a snack, coffee and tea provided at each location. All ages are welcome.
