Citizens in Action 25th Anniversary Workshop

For the past 25 years, the annual Citizens in Action workshop has educated thousands about citizen involvement, the process of government and how to positively affect change at the local, state and federal level. Co-sponsoring organizations,  community nonprofits and advocacy groups will lead workshops on their own advocacy strategies and opportunities for community involvement.

With the theme of this year’s workshop being, “Answering the Call: Step up to Lead,” this event features opening speakers MN State Senator Erin Maye Quade and St. Louis County Commissioner Annie Harala.
