he University of Wisconsin-Superior Music Department hosts talented high school singers from throughout Wisconsin and Minnesota for its Chorfest High School Honor Choir Festival.
Chorfest provides more than 90 students the opportunity to perform choral masterworks with an orchestra in an honor-choir setting, as well as to work with conductors and voice teachers. It begins with a day of rehearsals, tours and masterclasses and culminates in a performance with many of the finest orchestral musicians in the Twin Ports.
Tickets can be purchased with cash or check at the door, and are $5 for adults, $3 for senior citizens and free for students.
