Participants in this class will learn how chocolate is made and taste some chocolate along the way. Learn about the chocolate industry and alternatives to the chocolate industry by discussing the Equal Exchange trade model. The class will be guided through a chocolate tasting led by Laura Bechard, an Equal Exchange worker-owner and chocolate expert.
