Cheer for Safe Haven Casual Staff

Attendees can show support for the Safe Haven casual staff (those who work less than part time) who have recently unionized and are working to negotiate a fair contract.

Contract negotiations are July 18 at 8:30 a.m., and the team will arrive between 8 a.m. and 8:30 a.m. That is why the organizers are asking the community to show support and solidarity by showing up to cheer on the negotiation team when they arrive. Attendees can wear green, clap their hands, hold a sign, cheer, blow a noise maker, shake pompoms, or whatever they think will encourage the negotiations team when they arrive. This is on the public sidewalk outside the Safe Haven Resource Center.
