“Channel Your Flannel” benefits Project Joy to help end childhood hunger in Minnesota and NW Wisconsin. Children are often in need on weekends when school isn’t in session and they’re missing their federally subsidized school breakfast and lunch.
Project Joy was started to honor the legacy of Patrick Plys, a businessman and community leader. Plys lost his battle with cancer
in January 2012 and his wife Laura, his children, family and friends developed Project Joy as a way to carry on his legacy and give back to the community in Patrick’s honor.
