Jenna of Evolve Duluth Yoga & Spin presents a chakra balancing yoga flow class on Saturdays at noon.
Each class will focus on a single chakra and will include breath-work as well as a chakra balancing flow and then will end with a guided meditation. All levels are welcome.
The drop-in price is $15. Registration links can be found on the Mindbody app or though the Evolve website at www.evolveduluth.yoga/classes.
