Chaga Mushroom: Minnesota’s Medicinal Treasure

This hands on lecture is all about the medical treasure of the chaga mushroom. There will be opportunities for students to feel different chaga and birch pieces to study for identification and to taste chaga extracts and tea. Each student will make their own tincture in class to take home with them to care for, harvest and use. Students will also take home a manual to that includes everything gone over in class.
