Canoe and Kayak at Boulder Lake ELC

Join Minnesota Master Naturalists for an afternoon of canoeing and kayaking. All are welcome. Park at the main lot just outside the gate and meet at the Wolfski Welcome Center.

Participants should bring their own craft, paddles and life jackets if they have them. There will be 5 canoes, 4 kayaks, PFDs and paddles available for those without a watercraft. (Boulder Lake ELC will have you sign a waiver if you borrow one of theirs). Canoe trollies are also available to portage your canoe or kayak from the main lot (50 yards). Other recommended items to bring: hat, long sleeved shirt, sunglasses, sunscreen, water bottle, and insect repellent.
