The annual Buzz Ryan Triathlon features the Sprint Tri — a 500-yard swim, 10-mile bike and a 2.5-mile run — and the Half Buzzed Super Sprint — a 250-yard swim, 5-mile bike and 1.25-mile run. Participants can use any stroke, any bike and any form of movement to complete the triathlon.
