Participants in this workshop learn the process of brewing kombucha, from ingredient selection, brewing, fermenting, bottling and flavoring.
This is a hands-on class to learn the process and a taste test of the final product will happen. Participants take home their own baby S.C.O.B.Y., a gallon of tea and recipes and a jar to contain all.
