The Embassy presents its light installation that is not at all to be confused with Bentleyville.
The celebration takes place at some weird artists garage and yard in Duluth’s Central Hillside neighborhood. This year features 19 bands, light installations from mote than 10 Twin Ports visual artists and a whole bunch of other weird and festive stuff. Come dressed for outdoor adventures and expect uneven ground to get to the exhibits.
Artistic experiences to expect include live music in a heated garage, a silent auction, Krampus spankings, Christmas karaoke, photo ops with Drunk Santa, something involving a zip line, projection art, fire spinning and non-alcoholic cider and cocoa. There will be bonfires and a warming tent. Donations for Boubville can be made on Venmo@boubville or drop off at Adeline INC/the Rainbow Room.
“Family hours” are from 4 to 9 p.m. each night. “Adults only” hours are from 9 to 11. Off-street parking will be available nearby, thanks to the Fond du Lac tribe.
