Boubville 2022
Event Navigation
Duluth’s friendly neighborhood art cult, the Embassy, presents a three-night light installation that is not at all to be confused with Bentleyville. The event is a fundraising scheme to help power the Embassy artist studios through the winter. The suggested donation is $10. The location of the event is 315 W. Fourth St. in Duluth’s Central Hillside neighborhood.
Artistic experiences to expect include live music in a heated garage, a silent auction, Krampus spankings, Christmas karaoke, photo opps with Drunk Santa, something involving a zip line, projection art, fire spinning and non-alcoholic cider and cocoa.
“Family hours” are from 4 to 9 p.m. each night. “Adults only” hours are from 9 to 11.
Off-street parking will be available nearby, thanks to the Fond du Lac tribe. There will be bonfires and a warming tent. Attempts will be made to heat the “Doc’s Dumper” porta potty for a warmish lavatory experience.
