Books & Baseball Day

Kids can enjoy storytime with Huskies players, activities hosted by the Duluth Children’s Museum and games with Denfeld and Duluth East baseball teams. Children ages 12 and younger will receive a free copy of the book Batter Up! by special guest Kurtis Scaletta (while supplies last). Scaletta is a Minnesota-based award-winning author of several books for young readers, including Mudville and the Topps League Stories Series. Children will get the chance to meet Scaletta and have their books signed.
1:15 p.m. — Doors open for Books and Baseball guests
1:30 p.m. — Storytime with players and meet-and-greet with special guest author
2:00 p.m. — Activities hosted by the Duluth Children’s Museum, Denfeld and Duluth East baseball teams
3:05 p.m. — Duluth Huskies game begins
