Beer Making 101

Participants in this six-hour class will be involved with the process of making two styles of beer with two different techniques and sets of equipment.

The experience includes brewing an all-grain pale ale with a propane system, and an extract Belgian ale with an electric system in session 1. Priming and bottling happens in session 2.

Participants can sample different styles and learn about what experiences define each style.
