CHUM board member and Duluth City Councilor, Noah Hobbs, is back again this year at the Jade Fountain Cocktail Lounge to dole out cups of cheer in the form of his homemade Tom and Jerry drinks at this fundraising event.
The drinks are $5 with all proceeds go to Chum. Tom and Jerrys can also be made without alcohol.
