Animal Yoga Pop-Up Class

Evolve instructor Jenna leads a lighthearted, energizing Hatha class focused around animals. Ancient Yogis found imitating animals to be an enlightening experience for both body and mind — there will be lots of demonstrations in this class, in addition to an invigorating flow. The studio is heated to 80 degrees and class ends with a guided jungle-adventure meditation. Kids can join in for free.
