After sexual assault happens, victim-survivors have the option to receive medical care and typically their most common questions is “Am I OK?” Holly Olson and Alaine Ripley discuss medical options following sexual assault, including the option to receive a medical forensic exam.
This webinar includes where to go, explanation of consent, elements of the medical forensic exam and what providing patient-centered care looks like.
