Adam Johnson Memorial Night at UMD Men’s Hockey Game

The Adam Johnson Memorial Fund hosts a special memorial night for former UMD forward Adam Johnson who tragically passed away in 2023 following an on-ice incident.
The event aims to celebrate Adam’s life and raise funds to support hockey-camp scholarships and an academic scholarship which will be awarded to a Hibbing High School senior with plans to attend UMD.
The evening will feature several opportunities for fans to contribute:
– Adam Johnson Memorial T-Shirt Giveaway
– Jersey Off My Back Auction: UMD players will wear special warm-up jerseys, which will be auctioned off during the game.
–Online Silent Auction: Fans can bid on pro jerseys of players who played at UMD with Adam. (Watch for auction here)
-Hibbing Youth Hockey – Little Chippers: Adam’s hometown youth hockey association will be part of the evening’s events, showcasing the future generation of players.
