In the 2022 short documentary A Voice for the Wild, Emily Ford and sled dog Diggins attempt to cross the secluded Boundary Waters Canoe Area Wilderness in winter during subzero temperatures to raise awareness about copper mining threats.

There will be panel after the movie with representatives of BIPOC Outdoors Twin Ports and BIPOC Outdoors Twin Cities.

Zeitgeist Arts is seeking to connect, educate and advocate around barriers that persist in transportation networks. The Transportation Equity Doc & Talk Series features screenings of documentaries that follow the history of transportation in the United States from buses and bikes to super highways and self-driving cars. A related discussion follows each film.
